Caravans on the Saltstreet
The trekking was going along an old trade route, called as a saltstreet. This way went in former time from Tibet to China, til China closed the borderline. Today this trail is still beeing used for transportation to Nepal. We met many caravans with loud bells, as they signaled their coming.
